Metabones Canon EF to MFT T Speed Booster Ultra 0.71x (MB_SPEF-M43-BT4) is designed to use Canon EF lenses on Micro Four Thirds (MFT) cameras. With full compatibility, the camera can control key lens functions such as aperture and autofocus. The adapter expands the field of view by a factor of 0.71, making the frame wider at the same focal length. The maximum aperture also becomes one full stop faster. The manufacturer recommends using APS-C/DX lenses with the adapter. Note: some APS-C/DX lenses cover about 86% of the frame and vignetting may increase.
The adapter maintains camera control and supports: autofocus, optical stabilization, aperture control, and EXIF recording. For Cinema EOS lenses, external power via the adapter’s USB port may be required for autofocus and power zoom. Autofocus is not supported on Olympus cameras during video recording.

With an f/1.4 lens, the maximum aperture becomes f/1. The adapter includes a tripod “dovetail” mount.
