Aputure Light Storm COB 600x Pro video light features smooth color temperature adjustment from 2700K to 6500K and light intensity dimming in 0.1% increments. Brightness output depends on the selected color temperature and installed light modifier:
– Without additional modifiers: maximum at 3200K — 11,630 lux at 1 m; maximum at 5600K — 16,060 lux at 1 m
– With Hyper 7 reflector (not included): maximum at 3200K — 45,300 lux at 1 m; maximum at 5600K — 63,900 lux at 1 m.

The model is recommended for video production, cinema, and live broadcasting thanks to high color rendering performance: CRI/TLCI ≥96, CQS ≥95. Aputure Light Storm 600x Pro offers maximum output and constant output modes. In maximum mode, brightness increases to the highest possible level depending on color temperature; in constant mode, output remains fixed when changing temperature.

The control unit combines lighting control, power supply, and ballast functions. It features two V-Mount battery slots and an AC power input. Although battery operation is supported, AC power is recommended for full-output use. Batteries can also be charged directly from the control unit when connected to mains power.

The fixture supports professional lighting system integration via Art-Net DMX, DMX512, as well as wireless DMX using LumenRadio and CRMX.

Control is available via smartphone or tablet using the Sidus Link app, with a stated operating range of up to 400 meters in open space. Multiple Aputure fixtures can be controlled simultaneously when positioned within 80 meters of each other. A wireless RC1 remote control operating at 2.4 GHz with groups A/B/C/D is included.

Nine built-in lighting effects—Paparazzi, Fireworks, Lightning, Flickering Bulb, TV, Pulse, Strobe, Explosion Flash, and Fire—are designed to simulate off-camera light sources. The active cooling system operates with a low noise level.
