Aputure Storm 1200x LED light source with variable color temperature from 2500K to 10000K is built around a five-color BLAIR module, providing accurate color reproduction and flexible light output control. Maximum brightness without modifiers reaches 8,490 lux at 3 m at 5600K; with the included 45° reflector, brightness reaches 22,500 lux at 3 m. The wide color range and high color rendering performance allow use in professional video production, cinema, and live broadcasting.
The fixture supports extensive professional lighting control protocols, including CRMX, DMX512 (input/output), sACN, Art-Net (via etherCON), and Sidus Mesh. The Bowens mount features a ProLock locking mechanism for secure attachment of light modifiers. Power is supplied via AC through an external control unit, which also functions as a ballast and lighting control interface. Control is also available via smartphone or tablet using the Sidus Link app, with a stated operating range of up to 100 meters in open space.
