PIXAERO Mobus compact teleprompter is designed for recording vlogs and reports on DSLR and mirrorless cameras, including when using electronic gimbals. The teleprompter reflects text from a smartphone screen onto a dedicated glass placed in front of the lens, allowing the speaker to read while looking directly into the lens. The kit includes adapter rings of different diameters for mounting the teleprompter onto the camera lens. A 1/4″ thread is provided for mounting on a tripod, monopod, or selfie stick. Device weight is about 200 g.

Script text is loaded to the phone using the sufler.pro website and Android/iOS apps. The app provides main scrolling settings and includes speech recognition to automatically pause scrolling during pauses or improvisation.

The teleprompter is best suited for lenses with focal length from 35 mm; at shorter focal lengths, the prompter hood may appear in the frame. Depending on the required result and the need to shoot wider, the image can be corrected with cropping during editing. For action cameras, an additional lens is required (not included).

PIXAERO Mobus is compatible with phones 5.2–10.2 cm wide and with a 5.5″ screen diagonal; screens from 4″ to 6.5″ are supported, and for 5.5″ and above the scrolling area must be narrowed in the app. Phone length is not critical. When using a gimbal, consider the combined weight of the camera, accessories, and phone to ensure it does not exceed the gimbal’s payload.
