Panasonic Lumix GH7 mirrorless camera with a 25.2 MP sensor features phase-detection autofocus (PDAF), supports recording ProRes RAW HQ to a memory card, and has no software time limit for 10-bit 4K 4:2:2 recording. When outputting via HDMI to Blackmagic and Atomos recorders with the latest firmware/software installed, 12-bit RAW recording is supported up to 5.8K (5760×4320). Detailed information on external recorder models and formats is available in the English user guide. With the optional Lumix XLR microphone adapter DMW-XLR2, 32-bit float audio can be recorded. Dynamic Range Boost provides a wide dynamic range across all ISO sensitivity ranges.
The camera supports unlimited-duration 10-bit C4K (DCI)/4K 60p/50p 4:2:2 recording, provided the operating temperature is within -10°C to 40°C and Video Speed Class 90 media is used; recording time is limited by battery and media capacity. Up to 7.5 stops of stabilization is available when using a lens with optical stabilization, combining lens and in-body systems. Dual slots support CFexpress Type B and SD cards (UHS-I / UHS-II U3), including UHS-II Video Speed Class 90. Live streaming is supported via wired and wireless connections. LUT support is provided; use “.VLT” or “.CUBE” file formats for loading.
