Sony PMW-EX1R handheld camcorder with a 1/2-inch 3-CMOS Exmor image sensor records MPEG HD422 at 50 Mb/s and supports Wi-Fi remote control. It records 1920×1080 using the MPEG-2 Long GOP codec compliant with MPEG-2 MP@HL. The built-in optical stabilization provides highly stable images. In addition to four standard gamma curves, PMW-EX1R includes four CineGamma options (CINE 1, 2, 3, 4). Using the recording format and high-performance SxS memory cards, a 32GB SxS card can record up to 140 minutes.
