Hollyland Mars 400s Pro wireless video transmission kit transmits up to 1080p/60 at distances up to 120 m between transmitter and receiver, and up to 91 m when transmitting from the transmitter to a mobile device. The video transmitter can be used for live streaming workflows; in this case, the receiver outputs to a PC via USB Type-C. An Ethernet (LAN) adapter is required and is not included in the rental kit. To send the camera signal to the transmitter, SDI and HDMI inputs can be used; the same interfaces are used to output from the receiver to a monitor. Wi-Fi connection between the transmitter and mobile devices is supported via the HollyView app (available in the App Store and Google Play). Note: up to four devices can be connected simultaneously.
Latency is up to 0.1 s. Bidirectional conversion between 3G-SDI and HDMI is supported. Automatic scanning quickly finds a free channel with the lowest interference. OLED displays show key information and assist with setup. The rental kit includes one AC power adapter; additionally, both units can be powered via USB Type-C (e.g., from a power bank). A rear slot is provided for an NP-F970 (Sony) battery.
