The Manfrotto MVH502A head is an evolution of the Manfrotto 501HDV with a reinforced design and a half-ball base for precise leveling. It uses the Bridging technology (as in Manfrotto 504HD and 509HD) for intuitive pan control and smooth starts/stops. Separate controls are provided for each axis to loosen, damp, or lock movement. Fluid Drag System (FDS) provides adjustable resistance in both axes. Threaded mounts for accessories (e.g., magic arms) are included.
