SlideKamera HSK 1.5 m slider is known for its affordability. Carriage movement is based on three large rollers made from an aluminum alloy. Precisely fitted rollers minimize friction. The rollers run along the inner side of the rails, which improves stability but can lead to more frequent damage and contamination. Another advantage is a carriage with a built-in bubble level and a lock to prevent unwanted movement. The slider has two small feet at the ends, and three 3/8″ threads on the underside (one centered and two at the ends). This can limit mounting options; for example, mounting on a tripod head requires a thread-reducing adapter. The slider weighs 5.5 kg (excluding motor drive), so it cannot be used on all heads. SlideKamera HSK 1.5 m supports up to 15 kg. The slider is supplied with a Manfrotto 701 HDV video head. For heavier loads, a Manfrotto 501HDV head is recommended separately.
