Kessler Philip Bloom slider is rented as a kit with the Kessler ElektraDrive and Oracle Controller motor system. The slider can be mounted on a tripod at the center without an additional head, or on any head with a 1/4″ or 3/8″ thread. It can also be supported at the ends on stands or tripods, or placed on a flat surface such as a table. The carriage includes a mount for a video head; a Manfrotto 701 HDV head is included. Movement uses a belt system for smooth, near-silent operation, with adjustable belt tension and a travel lock. Total travel length is 78.7 cm. The Kessler ElektraDrive with Oracle Controller allows programming automated operations. Supported features include: backlit LCD menu, fully adjustable motion control and acceleration/deceleration smoothing, joystick sensitivity, motion recording and playback, three motion memory banks, SmartLapse WYSIWYG time-lapse mode, built-in intervalometer with stop/move/shoot–move–shoot/stop motion options (stop motion requires Kessler Camera Control Module), shutter delay from 0.25 s, simultaneous pan control when used on a Kessler crane, and extremely slow moves (up to 29.5 days for one full pass). The Kessler Camera Control Module enables remote camera control together with motion control: remote shutter release, intervalometer, time-lapse move–trigger–move, stop motion, and manual bulb exposures. A Canon N3 cable is included for compatible Canon cameras. Included: Kessler Philip Bloom slider, manual drive handle, Manfrotto 701 HDV head, slider transport case, Kessler ElektraDrive with Oracle Controller, motor connection cables, control handle, D-Tap power cable, motor transport case, Kessler Camera Control Module, Canon N cable.
