Easyrig is a highly comfortable load-bearing vest for operators that also functions as a stabilization system. All Easyrig Cinema 3 units in rental are equipped with extended support arms (+13 cm) for more convenient use with electronic stabilizers. These extended arms are also required when using Flowcine SERENE (the arms are pre-drilled for SERENE installation). The Easyrig concept is based on its original stabilization system: the system consists of an operator vest with a special arm containing a cord. As the camera moves, the built-in tensioner inside the arm adjusts the cord length, raising or lowering the camera and isolating it from unwanted operator movements. Easyrig Cinema 3 is designed for a maximum camera weight of 10 kg and can be used with ARRI ALEXA, RED, and other heavy cameras, including 35 mm cinema cameras. Please note: this system is generally not suitable for DSLR video or other lightweight cameras unless they are fully rigged, as the minimum effective working weight of the Easyrig is 7 kg. Easyrig is ideal for news, sports, documentary, commercial shoots, and many other situations where freedom of movement and image stability are required. Easyrig allows shooting from various positions without feeling the camera’s weight. Simply remove the camera from your shoulder and move it to the desired position. Arm and upper-body strain that inevitably occurs during long shoots is significantly reduced or eliminated, depending on the shooting angle. The cord supports the camera, while the Easyrig vest distributes the weight evenly from the neck and shoulders down to the hips, reducing the load on the operator’s arms.
