Philadelphia STABILIZER chest brace allows secure and comfortable mounting of an operator helmet on the head while protecting the neck. The brace limits mobility of the neck and upper thoracic spine. The stabilizing principle is based on a three-point support system, which helps eliminate, significantly reduce, or correct axial load on the joints. The stabilizer is made of durable lightweight plastic and has a universal size. It consists of two halves attached to the orthosis with adjustable Velcro straps. It allows full restriction of neck and upper spine movement. The brace is easy to use, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic.

The chest brace is equipped with an Orto CC-225 “Philadelphia” type head support, designed to stabilize the cervical spine. The support is made of high-quality hypoallergenic materials. The front and rear parts are secured with Velcro straps. The head support is reinforced with plastic stabilizing elements that provide the required rigidity, ensuring unloading and stabilization of the cervical spine.
