TVLogic VFM-056WP on-camera monitor provides not only a loop-through video signal for feeding a second monitor (typically a director’s monitor), but also helps reduce the need for extra on-set accessories and cabling such as splitters and converters. The monitor includes a built-in HD/SDI converter: by feeding an HDMI input signal, you can output directly via BNC to a second monitor.

Low weight and compact size allow mounting on a camera hot shoe, while threaded holes on all four sides enable flexible mounting on a cage or magic arm. The monitor has a 1280 x 800 resolution and inputs: HD/SD SDI, HDMI, Composite, Component, Y/C. It also includes built-in Waveform, Vectorscope, and Y Level signal meters, plus an integrated speaker.

The focus assist function helps achieve a sharper image by highlighting the in-focus edges in red. Marker display supports the following positions: center, safety area, and user-defined. Unlike some other monitors, the TVLogic VFM-056WP can display a true 1:1 pixel image without scaling, meaning the panel pixel size matches the displayed image pixel size.

For battery power using NP-F970 or NP-F980 batteries, the device includes a dedicated battery plate.
