Aputure Light Storm COB 60x LED video light is designed with an aspherical lens, allows adjustment of the beam angle from 15° to 45°, and supports multiple power options. The color temperature is adjustable from 2700K to 6500K. High color rendering performance with CRI/TLCI ≥95 allows use in video production, cinema, and live broadcasting. Maximum brightness varies depending on color temperature and beam angle: at 2700K — 15°: 25,110 lux at 1 m, 45°: 4,464 lux at 1 m; at 6500K — 15°: 32,364 lux at 1 m, 45°: 5,580 lux at 1 m. Unlike most fixtures in the Light Storm series, the 60x uses a proprietary accessory mount; however, a Bowens mount adapter is included for compatibility with a wide range of modifiers. Additional light shaping is possible using the included barn doors.
Power is supplied via AC, two Sony NP-F batteries (one battery supports operation at 50% output), or a V-Mount battery. The control panel is located on the rear of the fixture. Built-in Bluetooth enables wireless control via the Sidus Link app on a smartphone or tablet, with a stated operating range of up to 80 meters in open space.
Nine built-in lighting effects—Paparazzi, Fireworks, Fire, Lightning, Flickering Bulb, TV, Pulse, Strobe, and Explosion Flash—are designed to simulate off-camera light sources.
