Ultra-lightweight and compact ARRI Zeiss LWZ.2 15.5–45 T2.6 zoom lens with EF mount is color-matched to the entire ARRI / Carl Zeiss Cine lens lineup. The lens weighs only 2 kg, making it suitable for use on Steadicams. It features a special T* XP anti-reflective coating that performs exceptionally well with flares and backlight.

First introduced at NAB in 2010, this lens replaced the well-known ARRI/ZEISS LWZ-1. Thanks to its compact size, it is well suited for shooting in confined spaces such as cars, aircraft, elevators, motorcycles, body-mounted rigs, and underwater setups. The lens can be used with full-frame SLR cameras as well as traditional video cameras. The high-quality aperture delivers very smooth background blur outside the focus area, while the mechanical design eliminates focus breathing. Minimum focusing distance is 45 cm, minimum aperture is T22, focus rotation is 337°, and zoom rotation is 120°. The front element diameter is 114 mm, and the lens length is 20.9 cm.
