Canon EF 20mm f/2.8 USM ultra-wide-angle lens is suitable for shots where emphasizing perspective and capturing as much of the scene as possible is important: narrow streets, beach panoramas, church interiors, and monastery courtyards. The 20 mm focal length and 94° angle of view—more than twice that of the human eye—provide a powerful creative tool for photographers and videographers.

Great depth of field helps keep the image uniformly sharp throughout the frame. In multi-layer compositions, foreground objects appear exaggerated, effectively conveying depth. However, close-up portraits are not recommended due to the risk of strong distortion; it can still work for “environmental portraits.” The lens uses a USM ultrasonic autofocus drive for fast, accurate focusing and a floating lens system that effectively reduces aberrations at close distances. The FT-M mechanism allows quick switching from autofocus to manual focus. The front element does not rotate, making it easier to use lens attachments and polarizing filters.

Included: Canon EF 20mm f/2.8 USM lens, front and rear caps, pouch, filter.
