DZOFilm Catta Ace 18–35 T2.9 FF lens with ARRI PL mount for full-frame cameras is suitable for wide shots, landscapes, narrative scenes, and other creative tasks. Zoom, focus, and aperture are controlled manually via dedicated rings on the lens body. Each ring features a cinema-standard 0.8 MOD gear for compatibility with follow-focus and motor systems. Ring rotation angles: zoom – 100°, focus – 270°, aperture – 77°. The optical design minimizes chromatic aberration, flare, and focus breathing. The constant T2.9 aperture across the entire focal range allows for expressive bokeh with smooth background separation outside the plane of focus. Minimum focusing distance is 51 cm.
