Godox IVM-S2 compact on-camera microphone features a cardioid pickup pattern, supports wired connection, and is designed for mirrorless and DSLR cameras as well as tablets and smartphones. It is powered by a single AA battery, providing up to 21 days of operation. The microphone offers adjustable gain and a two-stage high-pass filter at 75 Hz and 150 Hz, controlled directly on the body. A built-in shock mount reduces mechanical noise.
