Insta360 Flow compact electronic stabilizer is designed for mobile video shooting with smartphones. It helps capture smooth, stable footage from various angles and is also useful for video calls and live streaming. The functionality is based on 3-axis stabilization with multiple selectable shooting modes. Supported tracking modes include slow-motion tracking, zoom tracking, object tracking, and face tracking. Creative effects such as TimeShift, Motion Timelapse, Barrel Roll, Dolly Zoom, and widescreen mode help bring a wide range of creative ideas to life.

The SmartWheel control dial and the front control button provide quick access to key functions. For example, switching the phone orientation from horizontal to vertical is done by double-tapping the right side of the control wheel marked with two arrows. Thanks to the extendable sections and the built-in tripod in the handle, the stabilizer can be used as a selfie stick or a tripod. The maximum extension length is 215 mm. A dedicated adjustable magnetic mount is used to attach the phone. Compatible smartphone dimensions: width 64–84 mm, thickness 6.9–10 mm. Supported payload: 130–300 g.
