Sekonic Exposure Profile Target II provides faster and more accurate calibration. Only 3 shots are required to obtain a wide range of exposure parameter data for a camera. The first shot is taken at normal settings determined by measurements (e.g., with a Sekonic L-758DR). The second is taken with exposure shifted down by -3 EV, and the third with exposure shifted up by +3 EV.
One side of the target is an 18% gray card used to set the digital camera’s white balance before creating an exposure profile. The other side is an exposure chart with an 18% gray center surrounded by a 24-step gray scale in 1/6-stop increments from bright to dark.
When using Sekonic L-758D, L-758DR, L-758Cine, L-478D, or L-478DR to create camera exposure profiles and camera–lens combinations, use the Exposure Profile Target II, fully compatible with the free Data Transfer Software. The calibration result is absolute exposure accuracy.
